Lukewarm water rinse of the external vulva only. Pat dry — don't rub. Change into breathable cotton underwear. That's it. No products needed if there's no underlying issue.
Douching pushes bacteria up and disrupts pH, often making odor worse within hours. Fragranced sprays mask briefly but irritate the lining, making the next day worse. Wipes with alcohol dry out the area.
pH-balanced external washes (Replens, The Honey Pot) used externally only are safe and effective. Unscented, breathable cotton liner. A probiotic taken daily (not just before) addresses the root cause over 2–4 weeks.
If odor is strong despite good hygiene, it's almost always a pH imbalance or BV — products won't fix it, antibiotics or pH-restoring suppositories will. The guide covers both the quick-prep protocol and the longer reset plan.

Extremely common. Most partners are far less aware of it than you are — and most vaginal odor concerns are within normal range.
Unscented, alcohol-free external wipes are fine for freshening up. Avoid anything going internally, anything with fragrance, and anything labelled 'deodorising' — they disturb pH.
An external rinse keeps you feeling fresh for 2–3 hours. A daily probiotic taken consistently for 4+ weeks provides a longer-term internal reset.
